Role & responsibilities
- To develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Drive sales objectives and achieving assigned PAN India targets of sales and collections.
- To lead and manage nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
- Handling P&L; for the division.
- To establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Manage and oversee the daily sales operations of the sales team.
- Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Build a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, training and guidance.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.




- Organizing Hands-on training & creating a large pool of Indian Patients Data along with a battery of trainers all over India.
- Planning & Strategy for all KOLs.
- Ensuring ROI against all BTL Activities.
- Ensuring Collection & implementing approved credit limit.
- Market research and identify recent potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services. Also, to provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.

Preferred Candidate:
- Someone who has experience in Aesthetic/Cosmetology/Dermatology segment.
