We are looking for an experienced **Functional Consultant** with solid expertise in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central** to drive ERP implementation projects, understand business requirements, and deliver effective functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP Business Central implementation projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution designs.
- Configure and customize Business Central as per business needs.
- Conduct UAT, user training, and support go-live activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.




- Prepare project documentation and maintain process records.

Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong experience in ERP implementation and functional consulting.
- Good understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Inventory modules.
- Knowledge of business process mapping and gap analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
