Position: E-commerce Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory updates, customer queries, promotions, and overall day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage products and listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Upload and update product descriptions, images, prices, and inventory.
- Monitor and process online orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order delivery.
- Monitor sales, website performance, and product availability.
- Manage promotional offers, discounts, and online campaigns.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve order-related issues.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.




- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Ensure product information and online store content are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, or other online marketplaces will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
