Job Summary
BizDev/Affiliate Manager | Partner Company. We are looking for a BizDev/Affiliate Manager to join one of our partner companies and drive the monetization of SEO resources in the iGaming niche. In this role, you will focus on direct sales, partner acquisition, negotiations, and building long-term relationships with casino brands and affiliate programs.

Responsibilities
- Monetization of SEO resources: selling banners, branding, review articles, and top positions in casino rankings.
- Partner search and acquisition: active search for new iGaming brands, cold outreach, and reactivation of existing contacts.
- Negotiations: agreeing on the most profitable cooperation terms (Flat Fee fixation, increasing RevShare/CPA, hybrid models, prepayment).
- Tracking and Postback: preparing technical specifications or independently setting up links and Postback requests in Keitaro / Binom for accurate tracking of registrations and deposits.
- Payment control: reconciliation of statistics, monitoring timely payments from partners,
and analyzing the profitability of deals.
- Participation in conferences: representing the company at international iGaming events.
Requirements
- Developed network of contacts (Network): Having a large number of personal contacts and connections with Affiliate/Account Managers, as well as Head of Affiliate at various iGaming brands and affiliate programs.
- Experience in direct sales in iGaming: successful experience selling advertising integrations, special projects, branding, and ranking positions on SEO websites directly to representatives of casino brands and iGaming affiliate programs.
- Sales and persuasion skills: strong commercial skills, ability to conduct well-reasoned negotiations, handle objections, close deals, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Strong communication skills: empathy, ability to build long-term trusting relationships and find an approach to any decision-maker.
