Job Summary:

Responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements
- Present menus and provide basic information about food and beverages
- Take and accurately communicate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards
- Set up and clear tables efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, and restaurant equipment
- Coordinate with Kitchen and Bar teams for timely order service
- Handle guest requests and queries professionally
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers when required
- Ensure proper table setup before and after service
- Report guest feedback, complaints, and operational issues to the supervisor
- Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards

Qualification & Experience:
- HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, or cafés
- Freshers with a positive attitude and good communication skills may also apply

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, resorts, cafés, banquets, or QSRs
- Knowledge of Indian, Continental, or multi-cuisine restaurant service is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
