We are looking for a Junior Software Tester with at least 1 year of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Manual Testing and a basic understanding of Automation Testing.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
- Prepare, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Perform retesting and regression testing after bug fixes.
- Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and other team members.
- Assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Participate in test planning and QA activities.
- Maintain testing documentation and prepare test reports.

Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in Software Testing.
- Strong understanding of Manual Testing concepts, STLC, and SDLC.
- Experience in test case preparation and defect reporting.




- Basic hands-on knowledge of Automation Testing using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of API Testing and SQL is an advantage.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking and test management tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education

B.Tech /B.E./BCA/MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT or a related field.

Preferred
- Experience testing web-based applications.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python or JavaScript.
