Role & responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements by working with stakeholders across operations, finance, customer service, and IT.
- Analyze logistics processes (booking, pickup, transportation, delivery, billing, freight calculation, POD, tracking) to identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Prepare BRDs, FRS, user stories, and process flows; lead requirement workshops and gap analysis sessions.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams, validate solutions, and support UAT.
- Assess change requests and production issues for business impact.
- Support rollout, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Prepare management reports/dashboards and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
- Solid understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain operations.
- Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and freight operations.
- Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, reporting tools, and process mapping tools.
