Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of retail assets like- DG, AC, Lift, Chiller, Freezer, Weighing machines, UPS, Inverter, EPABX system, Note counting machine, etc.
1. Asset Data Management & SAP Governance
2. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) & Vendor Management
3. Preventive Maintenance Scheduling (PMS) & Compliance
4. Financial Tracking & Billing Audits
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in retail asset management, facilities maintenance, or vendor management.
