About the Role

We are looking for a Deputy Manager Rewards and People Processes to administer and support Compensation & Benefits (C&B;) programs across the Middle East and India region. Reporting to the Senior Manager Rewards and People Processes, this role will work closely with the C&B; Lead to implement compensation strategies, policies, and initiatives that ensure market competitiveness and internal equity across a multi-country footprint spanning India, UAE, and KSA.





This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys the technical depth of compensation design (job evaluation, benchmarking, pay structuring) combined with the operational rigor of running C&B; programs across diverse regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Compensation and Advantages function across India, UAE, and KSA
- Support the C&B; Lead in executing compensation and benefits programs across the Middle East and India
- Ensure C&B; practices align with internal equity and external market competitiveness job evaluation, salary administration, incentive plans, and benefits (health, insurance, vehicle policies, expatriate/executive compensation, retirement plans)
- Conduct regular compensation benchmarking surveys and manage relationships with external vendors/consultants for benefits administration and market data
- Periodically review compensation pay ranges
- Analyze workforce data and market trends to support salary budgeting and fore
