Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary
The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting Pro-Ortho's products and services to
healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, physiotherapists, NGOs, and corporate
organizations. The role focuses on building strong professional relationships, generating patient referrals,
increasing product awareness, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote prosthetic and orthotic solutions, diabetic footwear, orthopedic supports, rehabilitation
products, and mobility aids.
Visit orthopedic surgeons, plastic surgeons, vascular surgeons, diabetologists, physiotherapists,
rehabilitation physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, trauma centres, and clinics daily.
Generate patient referrals and business opportunities.
Develop relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, therapists, NGOs, and healthcare
institutions.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, awareness sessions, and CME programs.

Identify current business opportunities and expand the assigned territory.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with clinical and operations teams.
Collect market intelligence and customer feedback.
Ensure timely payment collection.
Update daily call reports, CRM records, and sales pipeline.
Participate in medical camps, exhibitions, and conferences.
Maintain ethical sales practices.
