Purpose/Objective

To provide comprehensive legal support across multiple business verticals by managing commercial contracts, supporting litigation matters, ensuring legal compliance, conducting legal research, and advising stakeholders on legal and business risks.
The role will contribute to safeguarding organizational interests while enabling business growth through practical and strategic legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Contract Management & Legal Documentation - Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including MoUs, Service Agreements, Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, and other business contracts.
- Ensure contractual terms adequately protect the organization's legal and commercial interests.
- Support complex transactions through legal review and risk assessment of critical documents.
Legal Advisory & Business Support - Provide legal advice and guidance to business functions across multiple verticals.




- Assist stakeholders in interpreting contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
Litigation Support & Dispute Resolution - Coordinate with external counsel on corporate and commercial litigation matters.
- Monitor ongoing cases and attend hearings, where required.
- Assist in preparing legal documentation, case summaries, and management updates.
Compliance & Regulatory Management - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Track legal and regulatory developments impacting the organization.
- Support implementation of compliance frameworks and risk management initiatives.
Legal Research & Knowledge Management - Conduct research on legal and regulatory matters.
- Prepare legal opinions, case notes, updates, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain legal databases, records, and documentation repositories.
