About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruitment who wants to build practical experience in recruitment and hiring. The intern will work closely with the HR team and will mainly be responsible for candidate sourcing, calling, interview coordination, follow-ups, and joining coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Search for candidates according to the company's hiring requirements.
- Make recruitment calls and explain the job role, salary, shift timings, location, and other requirements.
- Screen candidates based on basic eligibility and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews with the HR/TL/concerned department.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Take regular follow-ups with candidates after interviews.




- Maintain a proper candidate tracker/MIS.
- Update candidate status such as Interested, Interview Scheduled, Selected, Rejected, Hold, Joined, Not Interested, and Not Reachable.
- Coordinate with selected candidates regarding their joining date and required documents.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
- Help reduce candidate dropouts and no-shows through proper follow-up.
- Coordinate with the HR team regarding daily and urgent hiring requirements.
- Support bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases for future hiring.
- Help prepare daily recruitment reports.

Daily Recruitment Activities
- Check open positions and hiring requirements.
- Source and shortlist candidates.
- Make recruitment calls.
- Schedule interviews.
- Follow up with candidates who have interviews scheduled.
- Update the recruitment tracker
