About The Role
The Senior Accountant role at NCS & Co is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves managing end-to-end accounting activities for clients, including maintaining general ledgers,



managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting tax computations and filings, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role requires working closely with clients to understand their financial processes, supporting audits, and contributing to building scalable finance functions and transaction readiness. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will mentor junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the implementation of technology-driven improvements in finance operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
