Job Summary

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage the company’s IT infrastructure, network, servers, NAS, CCTV, ESSL attendance systems, computers, software, security, and day-to-day technical support. The candidate should be technically robust, proactive, and capable of resolving IT issues quickly.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT & System Administration
- Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, access rights, and system permissions.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to all departments.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, configurations, and service records.
- Support ERP, CRM, Tally, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, and other business applications.

Network & Internet
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Configure and maintain TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network devices.
- Monitor network performance and minimize downtime.




- Troubleshoot connectivity and network-related issues.

NAS & Data Backup
- Manage and maintain NAS (Network Attached Storage) systems.
- Configure shared folders, user access, permissions, and storage allocation.
- Monitor NAS health, storage capacity, and system performance.
- Implement and monitor regular data backup and restore procedures.
- Ensure critical company data is securely backed up and recoverable.
- Maintain backup logs and periodically verify backup integrity.

CCTV & Security Systems
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
- Manage NVR/DVR systems, storage, camera connectivity, and remote viewing.
- Monitor CCTV system health and ensure cameras are operational.
- Troubleshoot camera, recording, network, and remote-access issues.
- Coordinate with CCTV vendors/service providers when required.
