We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Compliance & Employee Relations Officer to join our HR team in Kochi, Kerala.
Location: Kochi
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
- PF & ESI compliance and related activities
- Labour Department compliance, notices & inspections
- Government liaison and statutory matters
- Handling staff & student complaints and grievances
- Attendance, punctuality & leave management
- Employee records and HR documentation
- Disciplinary actions, warnings & show-cause notices
- HR audits and statutory compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Labour Relations, Law, Business Administration or related fiel
- d1–3 years of relevant HR compliance / employee relations experience
- Practical knowledge of PF, ESI & Labour Department procedures Solid communication and documentation skil
- lGood grievance-handling and follow-up skill
- sDetail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive HR matters professionally
Candidates with hands-on experience in PF, ESI, labour compliance, government inspections and employee relations will be preferred.
