About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Music Teacher specializing in contemporary instruments to join our school. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore and develop proficiency in contemporary instruments such as the guitar, keyboard/piano, drums, and other modern musical tools, while fostering creativity, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for music.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teach modern instruments including guitar (acoustic/electric), keyboard, drums, and other contemporary instruments as per curriculum requirements.

2. Organize and train students for school events, concerts, competitions, and cultural programs.

3.Maintain and manage musical instruments and equipment in the music room/studio.

4. Encourage participation in school bands, ensembles, or music clubs

Collaborate with other faculty for interdisciplinary and cultural events

6. Stay updated with contemporary music trends, techniques, and teaching methodologies

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's/Diploma in Music or related field (B.A. Music, or equivalent)

2. Proven proficiency in one or more modern instruments (guitar, keyboard, drums)

3. Prior teaching experience preferred (school or academy setting)

4. Strong knowledge of music theory and modern music production basics (a plus)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
