Mind Weavers is a psychology and rehabilitation clinic with 15+ years of experience, and Mind Weavers Academy is its training and education wing, offering clinical and academic courses to students and mental-health professionals across India.

About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Executive to drive enrolments for Mind Weavers Academy's training programmes and build referral relationships for Mind Weavers' clinical services — including field visits to doctors, neurologists and allied healthcare professionals to promote our services (including rTMS) and generate referrals.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to course enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and web forms
- Guide prospective students and professionals through programme options and help them choose the right fit
- Follow up on leads and maintain a structured pipeline through to enrolment
- Visit doctors,



neurologists and other allied healthcare professionals/clinics to build referral relationships and promote Mind Weavers' clinical services, including rTMS
- Build relationships with colleges and institutions for workshop bookings and partnerships
- Meet monthly enrolment, referral and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, doctor visits, referrals and follow-ups in the CRM
- Coordinate with the academic and clinical teams on batch schedules, seat availability and service information to share with referral contacts

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, medical/pharma representative work, admissions counselling, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Strong follow-up discipline and target orientation
- Comfortable with phone- and WhatsApp-based outreach, as well as regular field visits to clinics and hospitals
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license for local travel [Confirm: if applicable]
