Job Title: Store Keeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Store Keeper with hotel or hospitality background to manage our hotel’s inventory, storage areas, and supply distribution. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and familiar with hotel purchasing and stock control procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect deliveries for quality and accuracy
- Track and record all incoming and outgoing stock
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas (dry store, chemical store, uniform store, etc.)
- Issue items to departments based on approved requisitions (Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B;, Front Office)
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation




- Coordinate with Purchasing and Cost Control departments on shortages or variances
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Store Keeper in a hotel is required
- Knowledge of inventory management and receiving procedures
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and handle physical tasks
- Good communication and time management skills
