Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant Cum HR to handle day-to-day accounting activities along with HR, payroll and employee-related administrative work. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, payroll and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance
- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal entries in Tally.
- Bank reconciliation and vendor/customer reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and other accounting documents.
- Assist in GST and TDS compliance and filing.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
- Coordinate with CA for finalization of accounts, audit and statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Monitor employee expenses, reimbursements and petty cash.

HR & Payroll
- Maintain employee attendance, leave and salary records.
- Prepare monthly payroll and salary sheets.
- Handle joining,



employee documentation and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave, salary and HR-related queries.
- Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling and joining formalities.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, warning and relieving letters.
- Ensure timely compliance related to payroll and employee records.
- Coordinate with management regarding HR policies and employee-related matters.

Required Skills
- Valuable working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic accounting.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and HR processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets will be an advantage.
