Role Purpose

The PODC Head will lead the People, Operations & Digital Centre, driving team productivity, operational excellence, process improvement, digital transformation and AI adoption across the organization.

The role will ensure that people, processes and technology work together effectively to improve productivity, accountability, efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. People & Team Effectiveness
- Drive accountability, productivity and performance across teams.
- Establish clear ownership, deliverables and timelines.
- Support functional leaders in improving team effectiveness and execution.

2. Operations & Process Excellence
- Standardize processes through SOPs, workflows and clear accountability.
- Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks and inefficiencies and drive corrective actions.
- Improve cross-functional coordination, TATs and execution discipline.

3. Digital & AI Transformation




- Identify opportunities to use AI, automation and digital tools to improve productivity.
- Drive adoption of relevant AI tools across functions.
- Automate repetitive/manual processes and implement digital workflows.
- Track measurable impact in terms of time, cost, productivity and quality.

4. Performance & Management Reporting
- Establish performance and operational tracking across functions.
- Monitor KPIs, targets, achievements, gaps and action points.
- Develop dashboards and MIS providing Management with timely, accurate and actionable insights.

5. Governance & Strategic Initiatives
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, processes and internal controls.
- Lead organization-wide improvement and transformation projects.
- Convert Management priorities into transparent action plans and ensure timely execution.
- Identify opportunities for productivity improvement, cost optimization and scalable processes.
