About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Training Content Developer Change Management Coordinator to join our Change Management team. This hybrid role combines instructional design expertise with change management coordination responsibilities, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy creating engaging learning experiences while supporting the successful execution of organizational change initiatives.

Working closely with the Change Manager and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you will develop user-friendly training content, coordinate training and stakeholder engagement activities, and help drive adoption of current processes, systems, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Training Content Development (60%)
- Design and develop engaging training materials, including: E-learning modules, User guides, Job aids, Presentations, Training videos.




- Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex technical concepts into clear, learner-friendly content.
- Create content using industry-standard authoring tools and multimedia platforms.
- Maintain and organize a centralized repository of training assets, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Review, update, and improve existing training materials based on stakeholder feedback and evolving project requirements.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and learning standards across all training deliverables.
Change Management Coordination (40%)
- Scheduling and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Preparing and distributing meeting invitations, agendas, communications, and supporting materials.
- Tracking training participation and maintaining accurate training records.
- Collecting and consolidating learner feedback and stakeholder input.
