Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Staffing & Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in staffing/recruitment and product-based organizations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Contract and Contract-to-Hire hiring, along with strong stakeholder management skills.
The candidate should demonstrate a stable career history, strong ownership of recruitment activities, and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract and Contract-to-Hire positions.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on technical and business requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, offer discussions, and joining processes.
- Work closely with internal teams and external staffing partners when required.
- Ensure candidates are aligned with role requirements, compensation expectations, and joining timelines.
- Track recruitment metrics, pipeline status, closures, and hiring progress.
- Maintain robust candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a smooth and timely hiring process while meeting business and staffing requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Staffing background is mandatory.
- Hands-on recruitment experience within a Product Company is mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Hands-on experience hiring for Contract and Contract-to-Hire positions.
