We are looking for an energetic and field-oriented
Lead Generation Executive
to identify and generate qualified leads for PosBytz by visiting retail and F&B; businesses across Chennai.
The primary responsibility is to conduct
20 business visits per day
, introduce PosBytz, explain its key features and benefits, identify customer requirements, and schedule product demos with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit
20 retail and F&B; businesses per day
.
- Identify potential customers including:
- Restaurants & QSRs
- Cafés & Bakeries
- Supermarkets & Grocery Stores
- Boutiques & Apparel Stores
- Meat & Fish Shops
- Other retail businesses
- Introduce PosBytz and understand the customer's current billing/POS system.
- Give a short and effective pitch covering relevant PosBytz features and benefits.
- Identify the decision-maker and collect accurate business and contact details.
- Qualify prospects based on business type, requirements and purchase potential.
- Schedule
product demos
with interested prospects for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads when required and ensure scheduled demos are completed.
- Maintain daily visit, lead and demo records in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Share daily field activity and lead-generation reports with the manager.
- Identify new market areas and business opportunities within Chennai.

Candidate Profile
- 0–2 years of experience in field sales, lead generation, marketing or business development.
