About us
The Belgian Waffle Xpress started in a Chandigarh kitchen in 2020. We're now close to 40 outlets across India.
It's a small team moving fast. There is no layer between you and the person making the decisions.
About this role
This is not a fixed job description, and that's on purpose.
We're hiring interns as all-rounders. For the first few weeks you'll touch several parts of the business. Based on what you're actually positive at and how much you want it, you'll be moved into the area where you're strongest.
The areas you could land in:
- Relationship management — looking after franchise partners across India, solving their day-to-day problems
- Marketing — live Meta and Google ad accounts, Instagram, content, campaign reporting
- Sales — franchise enquiries, calls, follow-ups, closing
- Warehouse and supply chain — stock, dispatch, vendor coordination, inventory accuracy
You don't pick. We watch, and we place you where you'll do best. If we get it wrong, we move you again.
What you'll actually do
- Work on live accounts and real budgets from week one,
not simulations
- Sit in on real decisions and see the outcome of them
- Own small pieces of work end to end, with your name on them
- Report directly to the founder
Who we're looking for
- Freshers and final-year students. No experience required.
- Available in Panchkula near Sector 20, in person, full working days. This role cannot be done remotely.
- You reply to messages. You turn up when you said you would. You finish what you start.
- Comfortable enough with English and Hindi to speak to franchise partners and customers.
- Basic comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and WhatsApp is enough. Everything else we'll teach you.
We are not filtering on your college, your marks, or your CV. We're filtering on how much you want it and what you can pick up quickly.
Pay and what happens after 3 months
- Months 1 to 3: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month, depending on what you bring in.
