We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Lead – Sales to lead our sales team, drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and help scale ATBIX's presence in the education technology space.

Position

Designation: Team Lead – Sales

Experience: 3–6 years in Sales, including 1–2 years in a Team Lead/Supervisory role

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve defined targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive business growth.

Set sales targets, track team performance, and ensure consistent achievement.

Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.





Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets.

Manage the sales pipeline and ensure effective lead conversion.

Handle important client discussions and support the team in closing high-value deals.

Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding and overall customer experience.

Prepare regular sales reports and communicate performance insights to management.

What We're Looking For

3–6 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
