Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master Technology to drive the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of software and technology projects in a quick-paced Agile environment.

Project Manager will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Business Analysts, QA, Database, DevOps, Architecture, and other cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with expected quality.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing multiple technology workstreams, Agile/Scrum teams, project dependencies, risks, issues, metrics, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting. Experience in Healthcare, PBM, Insurance, or other regulated healthcare technology environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Delivery
- Own end-to-end planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of technology projects.
- Work closely with Product, Business,



Engineering, QA, Architecture, Database, DevOps, and other stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, milestones, and delivery timelines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.
- Track project progress against committed timelines and proactively identify deviations.
- Coordinate multiple teams and workstreams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Ensure project deliverables meet defined scope, quality, and business expectations.
- Drive projects through planning, development, testing, deployment, and closure.
- Ensure proper project closure, including documentation, lessons learned, and outstanding action items.

2. Agile / Scrum Management
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including:
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog Refinement / Grooming
- Sprint Reviews / Demos
- Retrospectives
- Scrum of Scr
