Responsibilites
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on role requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update databases
- Support HR team in end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes
- Gain hands-on experience in recruitment strategies and talent acquisition
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
