Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager to lead and drive business growth across the assigned region. This is a high-impact, field-oriented role focused on achieving monthly business targets, expanding the customer base, strengthening branch performance, and driving sales and collection growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading branch teams, developing new business opportunities, monitoring regional performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales, collection, and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the overall performance of branches in the assigned region.
- Achieve monthly and annual targets for chit enrollment, sales, collections, and revenue.
- Guide and support Branch Managers and sales teams to achieve their targets.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of branch employees.




- Monitor daily sales and collection activities across all branches.
- Ensure timely collection and recovery of outstanding dues.
- Develop current business opportunities and increase the customer base in the region.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities and field visits to generate business.
- Conduct regular branch visits and review branch performance.
- Identify performance gaps and take necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure branches follow company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor customer service and resolve customer complaints or escalations.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and track branch performance.
- Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor branch expenses and ensure proper control of operational costs.
