Job Description: 3D Visualizer (Architectural Visualization)
Summary
We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer specializing in architectural visualization to join our agile 3D development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in 3ds Max and industry-standard rendering engines such as V-Ray and Corona, with the ability to produce high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior visualizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert CAD drawings and architectural plans into detailed and accurate 3D models using 3ds Max.
- Create high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior renders using V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer.
- Apply realistic materials, lighting, textures, and camera setups to enhance visual appeal and realism.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to understand design intent and visualization requirements.
- Ensure visual outputs align with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Optimize 3D scenes for efficient rendering without compromising visual quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistency across deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max for architectural modeling and scene setup.
- Hands-on experience with V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer for photorealistic rendering.
- Ability to read, interpret, and convert architectural drawings and CAD files into 3D visualizations.
- Good understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and textures for architectural spaces.
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post processing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing architectural interiors and exteriors with high visual quality.
- Knowledge of walkthrough animations.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setup and handle multiple projects concurrently.
