Role Overview

The Full Stack Technical Lead will provide hands-on technical leadership for complex enterprise B2B commerce and customer portal transformation programmes. The role owns end-to-end technical delivery, protects engineering integrity at scale, and actively manages delivery and technical risk across the programme lifecycle. The successful candidate will guide engineering teams through complex build and integration challenges while maintaining strong influence with customers, architects, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Technical Delivery: Own technical delivery across the full programme lifecycle, including detailed design, build, migration, cutover, production release, and hypercare.

Delivery & Transformation: Lead complex B2B commerce and customer portal transformation initiatives, managing delivery risk, sequencing, dependencies, technical decisions, and cross-squad coordination.

Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on direction to Front-End, Backend/BFF, Database, Integration, and DevOps engineering teams,



ensuring consistent engineering standards and delivery quality.

Data Engineering & Integration: Design and engineer data-intensive solutions and integration flows across enterprise systems, with emphasis on security, governance, interoperability, data quality, lineage, and observability.

Architecture & Engineering Integrity: Translate Enterprise and Solution Architecture into practical technical designs, ensuring scalability, resilience, performance, security, maintainability, and operational readiness.

Cloud & DevOps: Drive infrastructure automation, CI/CD, deployment automation, setting management, and cloud engineering practices across AWS and/or Azure.

Technical Risk Management: Identify, assess, mitigate, and actively manage technical and delivery risks throughout design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
