Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Solutions Sales Manager with a strong track record in Enterprise IT Sales, ERP, Business Applications, Solution Sales, or Digital Transformation.
This is a consultative, value-based sales role focused on new-logo acquisition, strategic account growth, pipeline development, and revenue expansion across enterprise and mid-market customers.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging CXOs and senior business stakeholders, understanding business challenges, identifying transformation opportunities, and positioning the right ERP and business solutions to deliver measurable business value.
You do not need to be an expert across every technology. Robust enterprise sales capability, consultative selling skills,



and the ability to work with pre-sales and solution teams are more important.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Business Growth
- Achieve annual revenue targets of 1020 Crore+ through new customer acquisition and strategic account growth.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
- Drive new-logo acquisition and expand relationships within strategic accounts.
- Develop opportunities with a typical strategic opportunity/account size of 1 Crore+. .
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, account expansion, and long-term customer development.

Consultative Sales
- Engage CXOs, CIOs, CFOs, COOs, IT Heads, Business Heads, and Functional Leaders to understand business challenges and transformation priorities.
- Conduct consultative discovery to identify process, operational, technology, automation, and digital transformation opportunities.
