Job Description:
The Mechanical Engineer will support the execution of pipeline pigging and inspection operations. The role involves handling tools and equipment, assisting in field setups, ensuring operational safety, and maintaining equipment during projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in carrying out pipeline pigging and inspection activities.
- Assemble, operate, and maintain pigs and related inspection equipment.
- Support launching and receiving operations at project sites.
- Adhere to QHSE guidelines and organizational procedures at all times.
- Work closely with the site team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Prepare and maintain basic site reports and necessary documentation.
- Travel to various project locations as per operational requirements.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
- Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior oil & gas / pipeline experience (preferred).
- Willing to travel on short notice.
