About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our SaaS product and e-commerce business.

You will be responsible for managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), monitoring campaign performance, controlling advertising spend, and continuously improving results.

We are looking for someone who understands both lead-generation and e-commerce performance marketing and can make data-driven decisions to improve campaign results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
- Monitor campaign performance and advertising budgets regularly
- Optimize campaigns for better ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research
- Create and test different campaign strategies and audiences
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns
- Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action




- Monitor website conversions and advertising performance
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports
- Suggest new strategies to improve leads, sales, and overall marketing performance
- Coordinate with designers and internal teams for advertising creatives

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Solid understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Knowledge of Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns
- Understanding of conversion tracking and campaign analytics
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)
- Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions
- Understanding of metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPL, and Conversion Rate
- Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Experience
- Experience managing e-commerce advertising
