Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience
in admissions, education counselling, inside sales, telecalling, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and persuasion skills.
- Good listening and relationship-building abilities.




- Comfortable working with targets and performance-based incentives.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Positive attitude, ownership, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students and understand their educational and career requirements.
- Explain and sell the company's courses/programs to students through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, webinars, and other channels.
- Generate and convert student leads into successful course admissions.
- Work closely with
universities, colleges, and educational institutions
to generate student leads and drive course enrolments.
- Coordinate with
sales agencies/education partners
for lead generation and student admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents throughout the sales and admission cycle.
