Your Role
- Deploy, configure, and optimize ServiceNow Discovery solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments using both agent-based and agent-less approaches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discovery issues related to network connectivity, agent availability, firewall restrictions, and access challenges.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to establish and maintain SSH/SNMP access, MID Server configurations, and discovery schedules.
- Implement, maintain, and improve CMDB health, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance through reconciliation and data cleanup activities.
- Design and maintain service maps and service models to support service-aware operations and improve incident and problem resolution.




- Integrate ServiceNow Discovery with third-party platforms such as CrowdStrike, Infoblox, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies to enrich Configuration Item (CI) data.
- Drive governance initiatives by aligning discovery and CMDB processes with licensing compliance, audit requirements, and organizational standards.
- Lead remediation efforts for discovery gaps, stale CMDB data, agent deployment challenges, and cross-functional data alignment issues.
