About the Role

Optimus Medical Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, active, and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, coordinate with internal teams, resolve queries, and ensure a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle client queries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely closure.
- Manage client escalations and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and service requests.
- Collect and communicate client feedback to support service improvement.
- Prepare client-related reports and documentation as required.
- Support the team in achieving service and operational targets.




- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, client relationship management, customer service, or a related role.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical services will be an advantage.
- Hindi and English proficiency is mandatory.
- Candidates should be smart, active, confident, and presentable.
