Facility Operations
- Coordinate daily facility management activities across office premises.
- Ensure smooth functioning of workspaces, meeting rooms, common areas, cafeterias, and support facilities.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Monitor housekeeping and technical service standards.
Electrical & Technical Infrastructure
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of:
- LT/HT Panels
- DG Sets
- UPS Systems
- Transformers
- Electrical Distribution Systems
- Lighting Systems
- Monitor electrical load utilization and energy consumption.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and support business continuity requirements.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with facility and technical service vendors.
- Track vendor performance against SLAs.
- Validate service reports, maintenance schedules, and invoices.
- Escalate service deficiencies and monitor closure.
Preventive Maintenance
- Maintain annual preventive maintenance calendars.
- Ensure timely completion of technical inspections and maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records and compliance documentation.
BGV:
