Job Purpose

The Project Head will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, and successful delivery of civil, interior fit-out, construction, and MEP coordination works for **medical facilities, hospitals, clinics, OPDs, diagnostic centres, and corporate office projects**.

The position requires robust leadership and project management skills to ensure projects are completed within the approved **timeline, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements**.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution

* Plan, organize, and manage complete project execution from project handover to final completion and handover.

* Prepare project execution plans, construction schedules, manpower planning, and material procurement schedules.





* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against approved timelines.

* Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.

* Ensure smooth coordination between civil, interior, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and other MEP activities.
2. Medical & Healthcare Projects

* Manage execution of hospitals, OPDs, clinics, diagnostic centres, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.

* Ensure coordination of specialized requirements such as:

* Modular OT and medical interiors

* HVAC and AHU systems

* Electrical and ELV systems

* Plumbing and sanitary works

* Fire fighting and fire alarm systems

* Medical gas pipeline coordination

* Nurse calling systems and other healthcare infrastructure

* Coordinate with hospital management, consultants, architects, and vendors to meet project-specific requirements.
