Implementation & Support Engineer (Fresher)

Role Summary
Assist in software implementation, provide basic technical support, and ensure smooth system usage at client locations through effective coordination and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in installation, configuration, and deployment of software at client locations
2. Support troubleshooting of basic technical issues and escalate complex cases
3. Respond to support tickets and ensure timely updates and closure
4. Coordinate with clients and internal teams during implementation and support
5. Provide user guidance during system usage and post-implementation support
6. Maintain documentation of activities, issues, and resolutions
7. Follow internal processes and compliance requirements

Travel Requirement (Mandatory)
1. Travel to client locations for implementation, system support, troubleshooting, and user assistance
2. Willingness to travel on short notice based on project requirements is mandatory

Ideal Candidate Profile
Graduate in Engineering / IT / relevant field (or equivalent)
Basic knowledge of software systems and troubleshooting

Mandatory willingness to travel extensively
