About the Role

Motachi Foods Private Limited is looking for an experienced, energetic, and target-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the Poultry Sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding sales operations, developing new markets, maintaining strong relationships with customers and traders, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the timely sale and lifting of live birds.

The Sales Manager will be expected to take ownership of the assigned sales territory and lead the sales team towards achieving the Company's business and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Planning & Target Achievement
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned territory or branch.
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets set by the Company.




- Monitor sales performance and take corrective action wherever required.
- Prepare sales forecasts based on bird availability, market demand, and expected market conditions.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales volume and profitability.

2. Live Bird Sales & Market Management
- Manage the sales of live broiler birds and ensure timely lifting from farms.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers and Operations teams regarding bird availability, age, weight, and expected lifting schedules.
- Plan sales in advance to avoid unnecessary holding of market-ready birds.
- Monitor daily lifting quantities and ensure smooth coordination between customers, farms, and transportation teams.
- Keep track of prevailing poultry market rates and competitor activities.

3. Business Development
- Identify and develop new markets, customers, traders, wholesalers, and business opportunities.
- Expand the Company's customer network and strengthen its market presence.
