About the Role

OneRoot is looking for a creative, data-driven, and enthusiastic Digital & Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this full time role, you will own both organic and paid digital channels — managing social media, creating content, running targeted ad campaigns, and analysing performance data — with a strong focus on promoting OneRoot's agri-products and farmer-focused initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping OneRoot's digital presence and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Social Media

● Manage OneRoot's social media platforms and build an engaging online presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

● Create, schedule, and publish compelling content tailored to farmers, aggregators, and agri-stakeholders.

● Develop and execute awareness campaigns for farmers through social media, digital content, and online communities.

● Promote OneRoot's agricultural products, agri-inputs, spices, and farmer-focused initiatives through digital channels.

Paid & Performance Marketing

● Plan,



execute, and optimise digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.

● Drive website traffic and improve conversion rates through data-driven strategies.

● Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

● Optimise landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign strategies to maximise ROI.

● Own lead generation and customer acquisition funnels for OneRoot's products and services.

● Track and report on key KPIs including CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.

SEO, Content & Analytics

● Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.

● Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

● Monitor website, social media, and campaign analytics and prepare actionable performance reports.
