About the Role

This is a B2C sales and student counselling role.

As a Career Architect, you will handle prospective student enquiries, understand their academic and career goals, recommend suitable overseas education options, manage follow-ups and convert qualified leads into applications and registrations.

You will be responsible for both student counselling and sales conversion, with clear monthly performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and assigned student leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

* Connect with students and parents to understand their academic background, career goals, budget and destination preferences.

* Counsel students on suitable study-abroad destinations, courses and universities.

* Explain admission requirements, course options, fees and application processes.





* Recommend suitable international education pathways based on student requirements.

* Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students.

* Handle questions, concerns and objections throughout the counselling process.

* Convert qualified leads into applications, registrations and enrolments.

* Achieve assigned sales, conversion and revenue targets.

* Maintain accurate lead and student information in the CRM.

* Coordinate with internal application, processing and visa teams.

* Continuously develop knowledge of international universities, destinations and study-abroad processes.

Who We're Looking For

Required

* 1–3 years of experience in Sales.

* Experience in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Education Counselling, Admissions, EdTech or another target-driven customer-facing role.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Comfortable making calls and conducting regular follow-ups.
