Job Summary

We are looking for a curious, confident, and growth-oriented Business Development Intern to support B2B lead generation, prospect identification, first-level qualification, and demo scheduling for a workforce technology platform.

This internship is best suited for an MBA Marketing student or MBA Marketing fresher who wants practical exposure to real business development, market visits, customer conversations, consultative selling, and pipeline building.

The selected intern will be expected to identify and visit potential prospects in Guwahati and nearby business areas, find the right decision-makers, understand their basic workforce-related challenges,



keep prospects warm through follow-ups, and schedule product demos or introductory meetings for the senior team.

The intern’s primary role will be to open conversations, identify genuine opportunities, keep prospects warm, and schedule demos. Product demonstrations, commercial discussions, and final closures will be handled by the business owner/founder after the prospect is qualified.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential organizations across selected industries such as manufacturing, education, healthcare, hospitality, logistics, trading, distribution, and growing businesses.
