We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Creative Head who can lead and manage a team of designers while driving the creative direction of digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading a designing team, strong creative thinking, and the ability to coordinate closely with the Digital Marketing, Content, and Client Servicing teams to ensure creative requirements are delivered effectively and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Graphic Designers, Motion Graphic Designers, and other creative professionals.
- Oversee the creative development of digital marketing campaigns from ideation to final execution.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective creative concepts.
- Ensure the creative team delivers high-quality creatives aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Plan and distribute creative requirements among designers based on workload, priorities, and deadlines.




- Review and approve creatives before they move to the next stage of the workflow.
- Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and guidance to designers.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, quality, and communication across campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure creatives are suitable for different platforms and campaign requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming and develop fresh, creative creative concepts.
- Monitor the team's workload, productivity, deadlines, and overall performance.
- Identify gaps in the team's skills and support training and development.
- Handle urgent and high-priority creative requirements effectively.
- Stay updated with current design trends, digital marketing trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.
- Work with senior management to develop and execute the overall creative vision of the company.
