Network Engineer (4–5 Years Experience)

About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Network Engineer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in networking technologies, security best practices, and infrastructure management, with the ability to build reliable, scalable, and high-performance network environments that support evolving business and technology needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, and internet connectivity across multiple environments.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and network appliances.
Monitor network performance, availability, and security to ensure maximum uptime.
Perform network capacity planning, optimization, and performance tuning.




Diagnose and resolve network incidents, outages, and connectivity issues.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams on technology deployments.
Implement network segmentation, redundancy, and disaster recovery best practices.
Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, IP address management, and configuration backups.
Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
Participate in infrastructure planning, upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
Evaluate and recommend recent networking technologies that improve scalability and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

Networking Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, Routing, and Switching.
Experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.
Hands-on knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, or similar routing protocols.
Experience configuring enterprise firewalls and VP
