TITLE: EXECUTIVE/SR. EXECUTIVE FINANCE & ACCOUNTS

SUPERVISOR TITLE: REGIONAL FINANCE HEAD LOCATION: INDORE
JOB OVERVIEW:
The position will be responsible to manage all accounts, finance and admin related tasks of the station/branch.
ACCOUNTABILTIES:
- Managing the day to day accounting work for the Station.
- Billing, collection, bank reconciliation & general accounting entries in ERP.
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly report of stations finance.
- Vendor management, Procurement etc.
- Managing all admin related work for the station.
- Attendance management of local employees.
- Executing HR activities like birthdays and festivals celebrations etc.




- Coordinating with HR team and supporting them in joining formalities of new joiners at the station.
- Arrangements of Cake, bouquet, gifts etc. as & when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must be graduated with a professional degree/diploma.
- Should not be a job hopper.
- Total experience of 2 to 6 years.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Should have the ability to multi-task and support a co-operative work environment.
- Should have the capability to plan and organize.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Should have valuable knowledge of accounting software.

PROVISOS:
- Must have own vehicle.
