Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Zuora Billing Technical Consultant to support Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, integrations, enhancements, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, and enhancements.
- Develop and support integrations with CRM and payment platforms.
- Work with Zuora REST APIs, workflows, and Zuora data/object models.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Support Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), subscription lifecycle, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience





- 6–10+ years of experience with Zuora Billing.
- Solid knowledge of Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, SOQL/SQL, and Zuora data/object model.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), subscription lifecycle, invoicing, and payments.
- Experience with CRM and payment gateway integrations.
- Solid troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Experience with Zuora CPQ or related Zuora products.
- Experience supporting enterprise Zuora implementations.
- Zuora certification is an advantage.
