Role Description The Zonal Head role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving business growth across the zone by managing sales targets, overseeing branch performance, and ensuring strong relationships with lending partners and key stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring regional teams, monitoring loan portfolio quality, and implementing strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Head will collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes, enhance service delivery,



and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and representing Urban Money in regional business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Proven abilities in sales, business development, and relationship management within financial services, lending, or mortgage advisory domains.
- Expertise in loan products, retail banking, and mortgage solutions, including portfolio management, risk assessment, and compliance awareness.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proficiency in interpreting market data, setting targets, and implementing growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA in a relevant discipline is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a zonal/regional leadership role in banking, NBFCs, or financial distribution networks is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and readiness to travel within the assigned zone as needed.
