Role Description The YouTube Growth Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandra, responsible for driving audience growth, engagement, and lead generation through YouTube for healthcare brands. This role includes planning and executing YouTube channel strategies, optimizing video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, and tags, and managing upload schedules aligned with campaign goals. The YouTube Growth Manager will collaborate with content, design, and clinical teams to develop compliant, educational, and conversion-focused video content.

Daily tasks include monitoring channel analytics, running A/B tests,



coordinating with paid media teams on YouTube ads, and refining strategies based on performance data and audience insights. The role also involves stakeholder communication, reporting results to clients and internal teams, and ensuring all activities align with brand voice and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and experience working with YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and other performance dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Sales and growth-oriented mindset, with experience translating audience engagement into qualified leads or inquiries.
- Project management skills to handle multiple channels, content calendars, and cross-functional collaboration efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with YouTube SEO, audience development, and optimization of thumbnails, titles, and metadata.
- Background in digital marketing or social media management; healthcare or regulated industry experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Bandra and coordinate closely with creative, clinical, and client-facing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
