Deloitte USI Consulting Services is looking for Workday Finance &

- Supply Chain functional professionals with proven hands-on experience in at least one full ERP implementation project.

Summary

As a Workday practitioner at Deloitte USI Consulting Services, you will design, configure, and deploy enterprise-scale Workday solutions, collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to translate client business requirements into effective functional designs and deliverables. You will independently manage your workstream responsibilities while guiding and mentoring junior team members, bringing structure and expertise to every stage of the engagement.

Your role spans the full project lifecycle — from estimation and planning through execution and post go-live support — ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs and project standards.

Work You’ll do

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Finance &

- Supply Chain Management project, engaging across all project stages —

requirements gathering, solution design through post go-live support. In this role, you will analyze client business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solution designs, configuring and validating Workday Financial and SCM business processes to ensure solutions are accurately built and aligned to client needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and technical teams on design, testing, and integration activities, supporting seamless and effective end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience in Workday Financials, SCM or related ERP functional roles with good understanding of accounting and business knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end ERP implementation project in a functional role; multiple full lifecycle implementations are preferred and expected for more experienced resources.
- Prior to Workday if the candidate has experience in other ERP packages such as Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS,



PeopleSoft and SAP FICO with demonstrated ability to transition into newer technologies will also be considered for this opportunity.
- Functional proficiency in one or more Finance or Supply Chain Management areas, as outlined below. Proficiency across multiple functional areas is expected for more senior resources.
- Finance —
- Financial Accounting, Business Assets, Banking &
- Cash Management, Expense Management, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts, Project Billing, Capital Projects, Grants and Gifts
- Supply Chain Management —
- Procurement, Accounts Payable, Inventory, and Strategic Sourcing
- Solid understanding of financial accounting and its application within ERP systems, including close processes.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional design solutions, and configure or validate system setups in line with client needs. Senior resources should be able to lead the discussions in design sessions with the client stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting and supporting system testing cycles including SIT and UAT, resolving functional defects, and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability building; more senior resources are expected to lead functional workstreams and be accountable for overall delivery.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with sound judgment and a structured approach to resolving functional challenges
